Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. These terms

These terms govern the supply of materials by Reality Research Supply, a sole proprietorship”]] registered in New Jersey, registered office 621 S Park Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07206, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order you accept these terms and the Research Use Only Disclaimer, which forms part of them. If you do not accept them, do not order.

2. Eligibility

We supply to qualified research personnel and institutions only. You must complete our verification process before you can view the catalogue or place an order.

We may decline to supply any person or organisation, for any lawful reason, without giving a reason.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we send an order confirmation, or dispatch the materials, whichever is earlier. Listing a material on this site is an invitation to treat, not an offer.

We may reject an order where:

  • the material is unavailable, or the listed price or specification was in error;
  • we cannot lawfully supply the material to your destination;
  • verification information appears inaccurate, or we have reason to doubt the stated research use;
  • payment is not received in full within the payment window.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any taxes, duties or import charges, which are your responsibility.

4.1 Cryptocurrency payment

We accept USDT (Tether) on the networks offered at checkout.

  • The amount payable is fixed in USDT at checkout using the exchange rate then prevailing, plus a small buffer to absorb rate movement. That figure is what you owe, regardless of subsequent rate changes.
  • You must send the exact amount displayed, including all decimal places. The final digits identify your order. An incorrect amount may not be matched automatically and will delay your order.
  • You must send on the network you selected. Funds sent on a different network, or in a different token, are permanently and irrecoverably lost. We cannot recover them and are not liable for them.
  • Payment is complete when the required number of network confirmations is reached. Until then the order is unpaid.
  • If payment is not received within the window shown at checkout, the order is cancelled automatically and you must place a new one.
  • If your wallet deducts the network fee from the amount sent, add it on top so the full figure arrives.

4.2 Underpayment and overpayment

Payments short of the amount due by more than our stated tolerance are held pending review. We will contact you to arrange either the balance or a refund of the amount received, less any network fee.

Overpayments are refunded to the originating address on request, less any network fee.

4.3 Irreversibility

Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed by the recipient. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and amount you send. We strongly recommend a small test payment on your first order.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within one to three business days of payment confirming. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and time is not of the essence.

Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.

You are the importer of record. You are responsible for any licence, permit or authorisation required to import the materials, and for all duties and taxes.

6. Inspection and shortages

Inspect on arrival. Notify us of damage, shortage or discrepancy within 14 days of delivery, with photographs where relevant. Claims made after that period may not be accepted.

7. Returns

7.1 If we got it wrong

If we ship the wrong item, it arrives damaged, or it does not meet the stated specification, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. No restocking fee applies, and we cover return shipping where a return is needed at all.

7.2 If you change your mind

Unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less a 20% restocking fee and the original outbound shipping cost. Return shipping is at your expense.

Contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted or refunded.

7.3 What cannot be returned

Because the integrity of these materials depends on storage conditions we cannot verify once they leave our control, we cannot accept the return of any item that has been opened, or any temperature-sensitive item, regardless of its apparent condition.

This is a safety position rather than a commercial one. We will not return to stock, or resell to another researcher, material whose handling history we cannot account for.

None of the above affects any statutory right you have in respect of materials that are faulty or not as described.

8. Specification and non-conformity

Materials are supplied against the specification on the product page and the batch certificate of analysis.

If a material does not conform, tell us within 14 days of delivery. Our sole obligation, at our option, is to replace it or refund the price paid. Do not use non-conforming material.

9. Restrictions on use and resale

You must not:

  • administer any material to any human or animal, or supply it to any person for that purpose;
  • repackage, relabel or resell any material for human or veterinary use;
  • represent that any material is a drug, supplement or therapy, or make any therapeutic claim about it;
  • use any material other than for lawful in-vitro research.

Breach of this clause terminates the contract immediately, voids all warranties, and you indemnify us against all resulting claims, losses, penalties and legal costs.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the materials giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of research, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss.

We accept no liability for any consequence of use inconsistent with clause 9 or with the Research Use Only Disclaimer.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes the verification record — date of birth, confirmations, and the details you provide at the gate — which we retain as a compliance record.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier failure, customs action, regulatory change, and disruption of payment or blockchain networks.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of the State of New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force when you order governs that order.
